A Brownwood city truck was involved in a three-vehicle accident Monday afternoon at the intersection of Hwy 377 South and Crockett Drive.

Emergency responders were called to the accident around 2:30 p.m.

According to two of the drivers involved, the city truck pulling a trailer with a Bobcat utility vehicle and other equipment was traveling south through the intersection when a white Chevrolet 2500 pickup came through the intersection from Crockett Drive on the east side.  When the city truck struck the rear quarter panel of the Chevrolet pickup, the Chevy then spun into a black Ford pickup truck which was stopped at the light on the west side of the intersection, near the Stripes convenience store.

None of the drivers involved were reported to be injured.

The city truck, an older model F-150 work truck, sustained heavy front-end damage.  As the truck struck a curb on the opposite side of the intersection, the collision caused the Bobcat to be thrown from the trailer and also sustain damage.

Brownwood Police Department, Brownwood Fire Department and Allegiance Ambulance responded to the scene of the accident.

Above and below are photos of the damaged vehicles and of the accident scene.
