All presentations are subject to a five (5) minute time limit.

A. Consider the purchase of a modular precast restroom through a purchasing cooperative for Trigg Park.

10. Ordinances and Resolutions
A. Consider a resolution and authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement and any subsequent addendums, or amendments, during the term of the agreement to contribute right-of-way funds in the amount of $1,341.45 which represents 2.8% of the total estimated project for Highway 377 from FM 2524 to Lipscomb Street for highway improvements.
B. Consider a resolution providing that the Fire Chief may appoint an Assistant Fire Chief.
11. Agreements and Contracts
A. Consider authorizing the City Manager to sign a contract and any subsequent addendums, or amendments, during the term of the contract with Top Cut Lawn for landscaping services at the Traffic T.
12. Consent Agenda
A. Consider an ordinance on second and third/final reading to close a 15′ alley in the 800 block of Wentwood Drive and Hillcrest Drive, a portion of street in Royal Lane, Hillcrest Drive, and the entire length ofWentwood Drive.
B. Consider an ordinance on second and third/final reading changing the zoning classification of 10.35 acres out of the H H Hall Addition, Survey Number 49, Abstract 400, also known as 3100 Stephen F. Austin Dtive, from C-1 Local Business and C-2 General Business to M-1 Restricted Industrial District.
