The City Council of the City of Brownwood, Texas, reserves the right to meet in closed, executive session on any of the items listed below should the need arise and if authorized by Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code.

6. Citizen Presentations Any citizen who desires to address the City Council on a matter not included on the agenda may do so at this time. The City Council may not deliberate on items presented under this agenda item. To comply with the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, the Council respectfully requests that prior to addressing Council that each person submit a citizen presentation form that is located at the entryway to the Council Chambers, stating your name, address, and topic of presentation. All presentations are subject to a five (5) minute time limit.

9. Public Hearing Conduct a public hearing on the following proposed Ordinance and consider Ordinance erafirst reading.

A. Consider an Ordinance on first reading to close a 12′ wide alley at 1111 Morris Street in Block 4 of the Woodland Addition, beginning at Morris Street and continuing northeast for approximately 103′.

10. Consent Agenda

A. Consider an Ordinance on second and third/final readings changing the zoning classification of properties along Golding Road beginning at 3507 to 3617 Golding Road, being Lots 4-21, Block 1, of the Turtle Rock Addition, from C-2 General Business District to MH Manufactured Home / Mobile Home District.

B. Consider an Ordinance on second and third/final readings adopting Atmos Rate Review Mechanism Settlement.

C. Consider approving a Mayoral appointment of Ray Tipton and a reappointment of Michael Cloy to the Parks and Recreation Board.
