The City Council of the City of Brownwood, Texas, reserves the right to meet in closed, executive session on any of the items listed below should the need arise and if authorized by Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code.
The City Council may deliberate and/or act on the following items:

Any citizen who desires to address the City Council on a matter not included on the agenda may do so at this time. The City Council may not deliberate on items presented under this agenda item. To comply with the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, the Council respectfully requests that prior to addressing Council that each person submit a citizen presentation form that is located at the entryway to the Council Chambers, stating your name, address, and topic of presentation. All presentations are subject to a five (5) minute time limit.

A. Consider funding the cost of an annual financial audit for the Brownwood Firemen’s Relief and Retirement Fund.
10. Consent Agenda
A. Consider an Ordinance on second and third/final reading changing the zoning classification on the property located at 701 Gifford Street, being Lot 2, part of Lot 3, and part of Sparks Lot, Block 2, of the Sunset Addition, from C-1 Local Business District, to MH Manufactured Home/Mobile Home District.
B. Consider an Ordinance on second and third/final reading closing the alley in Block 3 of the Porter Addition from Maple Street to Hackberry Street.
11. Ordinances and Resolutions
A. Discussion and consideration of an ordinance on first/final reading approving the issuance and sale of “City of Brownwood, Texas, General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2015” and approving various documents related to such bonds.
B. Discussion and consideration of ordinance on first/final reading approving the issuance and sale of “City of Brownwood, Texas, Combination Tax and Revenue Certificates of Obligation, Series 2015” and approving various documents related to such certificates of obligation.
12. Contracts and Agreements
A. Consider extending City’s obligations under the Public Improvement Development Agreement by and between Hutchins Construction Company and the City of Brownwood from September 30, 2015 to September 30, 2016.
