The City Council of the City of Brownwood, Texas, reserves the right to meet in closed, executive session on any of the items listed below should the need arise and if authorized by Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code.

A. American Red Cross Month
7. Citizen Presentations Any citizen who desires to address the City Council on a matter not included on the agenda may do so at this time. The City Council may not deliberate on items presented under this agenda item. To comply with the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, the Council respectfully requests that prior to addressing Council that each person submit a citizen presentation form that is located at the entryway to the Council Chambers, stating your name, address, and topic of presentation. All presentations are subject to a five (5) minute time limit.

A. Consider an Ordinance on second and third / final readings amending Section 98-582(a) of the City’s Code of Ordinances regulating Vacation Travel Trailer/RV Parks, including, without limitation, site construction requirements, landscaping requirements, the permissible length of stay for guests/recreation vehicles, and other requirements to operate an RV Park in the City Limits.
B. Consider a Resolution approving the City of Brownwood Personnel Rules and Regulations Policies.
C. Consider a one reading Ordinance cancelling the May 10, 2014 General Election.
11. Agreements and Contracts
A. Consider authorizing the Mayor’s signature on a Memorandum of Agreement and a Second Amendment to Tower and Building Space Lease Agreement for the placement of telecommunications equipment at property located at 307 South Washington aka known as the “old Continental Grain Property.”
B. Consider authorizing the Mayor’s signature on an agreement with SVB Holdings, LLC aka Brownwood Country Club dedicating certain sewer infrastructure improvements to the City.
