The City Council of the City of Brownwood, Texas, reserves the right to meet in closed, executive session on any of the items listed below should the need arise and if authorized by Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code.
The City Council may deliberate and/or act on the following items:

A. The Oath of Office and Law Enforcement Oath of Honor will be given to newly hired Police Officer Harold Thomas by the City Secretary and Police Chief.
6. Citizen Presentations Any citizen who desires to address the City Council on a matter not included on the agenda may do so at this time. The City Council may not deliberate on items presented under this agenda item. To comply with the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, the Council respectfully requests that prior to addressing Council that each person submit a citizen presentation form that is located at the entryway to the Council Chambers, stating your name, address, and topic of presentation. All presentations are subject to a five (5) minute time limit.

9. Public Hearing Conduct a public hearing on the following proposed Ordinances and consider the Ordinances on first reading.
A. Consider an Ordinance on first reading changing the zoning classification for 14.834 acres out of Outlot 353, located at 1223 Neumann Street, from R3 Multi Family Residential District to M1 Restricted Industrial District.
B. Consider an Ordinance on first reading changing the zoning classification for .31 acres of the William H Irions, Survey 52, Abstract 537; 6.52 acres of Outlot 368; and .92 acres of Block 3, Lot 1-4 & 13-16, of the Porter Addition, located at Dublin and Hackberry Street from R3 Multi Family Residential District and MH Manufactured/Mobile Home District to A1 Agricultural District.
C. Consider an Ordinance on first reading changing the zoning classification for 9.57 acres of Block 6 of the Morningside Addition, known as 1111 Willis Street, from Rl Single Family Residential District to RR Residential Rural District.
D. Consider an Ordinance on first reading changing the zoning classification for 12.91 acres of David J Jones, Survey 50, Abstract 549, known as 1707 Shaw Drive, from R Single Family Residential District and Cl Local Business District to RR Residential Rural District.
E. Consider an Ordinance on first reading changing the zoning classification for 1.243 and 7.66 acres, of Outlots 361, 364, and 366, known as 110 Walnut Street, from R2 Two Family Residential District to A] Agricultural District.
