The City Council of the City of Brownwood, Texas, reserves the right to meet in closed, executive session on any of the items listed below should the need arise and if authorized by Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code.

The City Council may deliberate and/or act on the following items:

6 Citizen Presentations Any citizen who desires to address the City Council on a matter not included on the agenda may do so at this time. The City Council may not deliberate on items presented under this agenda item. To comply with the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, the Council respectfully requests that prior to addressing Council that each person submit a citizen presentation form that is located at the entryway to the Council Chambers, stating your name, address, and topic of presentation. All presentations are subject to a five (5) minute time limit.

A. Consider approval of the Brownwood Economic Development Corporation Board ofDirectors intent to purchase land in the Industrial Park.

10 Consent Agenda

A. Consider extending the current depository contract with Citizens National Bank for one year until June 30, 2013.

B. Consider an Ordinance on second and third / final readings establishing a loading zone space on West Anderson Street.

11 Ordinances and Resolutions

A. Consider all matters incident and related to the issuance and sale ofthe City of Brownwood Combination Tax and Revenue Certificates of Obligation, Series 2012, including the adoption of an ordinance authorizing the issuance of such Certificates, approving an Official Statement, a Bond Purchase Agreement, a Playing Agent / Registrar Agreement, and an engagement letter of Bond Counsel.

B. Consider an Ordinance on first reading allowing citations to be written to violators of the Drought Contingency Plan.

A. Consider awarding a bid for an agriculture lease on FM 45.

B. Consider awarding a bid for a sewer improvement project in the Bluffview Addition.

A. Consider ratification of a Mayoral appointment to the Hotel Occupancy Tax (HOT) Tourism Advisory Committee, and the Zoning Board of Adjustments.
