The City Council of the City of Brownwood, Texas, reserves the right to meet in closed, executive session on any of the items listed below should the need arise and if authorized by Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code.

The City Council may deliberate and/or act on the following items:

6. Citizen Presentations – Any citizen who desires to address the City Council on a matter not included on the agenda may do so at this time. To comply with the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, the Council respectfully requests that prior to addressing Council that each person submit a citizen presentation form that is located at the entryway to the Council Chambers, stating your name, address, and topic of presentation. All presentations are subject to a five (5) minute time limit.

A. Consider approval of action taken by the Brownwood Economic Development Corporation for an infrastructure project with Texas Rock Crusher Railroad for new rail crossing on Burnet Road.

B. Consider approval of action taken by the Brownwood Economic Development Corporation for a lease of BEDC property to TG Mercer.

C. Consider approval of action taken by the Brownwood Economic Development Corporation for a job creation/retention incentive to Willie’s T’s.

D. Consider an Ordinance on second and third / final readings changing the zoning classification for 12.91 acres of David J Jones, Survey 50, Abstract 549, known as 1707 Shaw Drive, from R1 Single Family Residential District and C 1 Local Business District to RR Residential Rural District.

E. Consider an Ordinance on second and third / final readings changing the zoning classification for 1.243 and 7.66 acres, of Outlots 361, 364, and 366, known as 110 Walnut Street, from R2 Two Family Residential District to Al Agricultural District.

F. Consider an Ordinance on second and third / final readings changing the zoning classification of 1600 Avenue E, being Lot 1, Block 24, of the Ford Addition, from R2 Two Family Residential District to CO Commercial Office District.
