The City Council of the City of Brownwood, Texas. reserves the right to meet in closed,executive session on any of the items listed below should the need arise and if authorized byTitle 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code.
The City Council may deliberate and/or act on the following items:

6 Citizen Presentations Any citizen who desires to address the City Council on a matter not included on the agenda may do so at this time. The City Council may not deliberate on items presented under this agenda item. To comply with the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, the Council respectfully requests that prior to addressing Council that each person submit a citizen presentation form that is located at the entryway to the Council Chambers, stating your name, address, and topic of presentation. All presentations are subject to a five (5) minute time limit.

A. Consider ratification of the Brownwood Economic Development Corporation for a utility infrastructure grant for 3M.
10 Ordinances and Resolutions
A. Consider an Ordinance on second and third / final readings changing the zoning classification for Industrial First Addition, Block 10. Lots 7-14, located at 1305 Epley Street, from R-3 Multi-Family Residential District, to MH Manufactured Home District.
B. Consider an Ordinance on second and third / final readings changing the City’S animal ordinance, including without limitation. redefining the term livestock, prohibiting livestock in all residential districts, including manufactured home districts. and the following commercial districts, C2A, CO, CN, and CU excluding Ranchette Subdivisions; district regulations for districts that permit livestock, including without limitation, defining the acreage necessary to keep livestock and the minimum distances to adjoining properties for enclosures of livestock.Counci I Agenda -July 24, 2012 Page 2 of2
C. Consider a Resolution establishing a six month period to allow property owners affected by the livestock ordinance change to request a zoning change with a waiver of applicable fees.
D. Consider approval of a tax lien Resolution to Brown County Appraisal District.

A. Consider the sale of city owned properties locate on (1) Austin Avenue and(2) FM 45
B. Consider the acquisition of properties located on (1) Baker Street and (2) South Greenleaf
