The City Council of the City of Brownwood, Texas, reserves the right to meet in closed, executive session on any of the items listed below should the need arise and if authorized by Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code.
The City Council may deliberate and/or act on the following items:

Any citizen who desires to address the City Council on a matter not included on the agenda may do so at this time. The City Council may not deliberate on items presented under this agenda item. To comply with the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, the Council .respectfully requests that prior to addressing Council that each person submit a citizen presentation form that is located at the entryway to the Council Chambers, stating your name, address, and topic of presentation. All presentations are subject to a five (5) minute time limit.

9. Public Hearing
Conduct a public hearing on each of the following proposed Ordinances and consider each Ordinance on first reading.
A. Consider an Ordinance on first reading to close two sections of Rogan Street between Blocks 32 and 33 of the Cleveland Addition at Avenue D and continuing Northwesterly approximately 160′ to the Southeast side of an alley and Blocks 36 and 37 at the Northwest side of an alley being approximately 180′ Northwest of Avenue D then continuing in a Northwesterly direction approximately 161′ to the end of Rogan Street.
B. Consider an Ordinance on first reading to close Sixth Street beginning at Magnolia Street and continuing Southeast for a distance of 400′, and an alley located in Block 20 of the Morningside Addition beginning at Magnolia Street and continuing Southeast for a distance of 400′.
10. Requests and Presentations
A. Consider authorizing the transfer of $20,250 from the Airport budget to the Tax Note Construction Fund to cover costs for roofing the main hanger.

A. Consider awarding a bid for a three year hunting lease at 202 FM 45 West.
