The City Council of the City of Brownwood, Texas, reserves the right to meet in closed, executive session on any of the items listed below should the need arise and if authorized by Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code.

A. Consider a Resolution requesting a donation of a decommissioned helicopter to be placed at the War Memorial Park.

B. Consider a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a multiple use agreement with TxDOT for the maintenance and upkeep of Martin Luther King, Jr. Plaza requested by Revitalizing Our Community (ROC).

A. Consider awarding a bid for Phase 2 of Camp Bowie Soccer Complex site grading, storm sewer, and erosion control.

12. Agreements and Contracts

A. Consider authorizing the City Manager to execute a License Agreement with Ismael and Mary Ceniceros of 4301 Birch Street to allow encroachment of a storage building and fence into an undeveloped alley right-of-way.

B. Consider authorizing the Mayor to execute a Professional Services Agreement for the demolition of the structure at 405 W. Anderson Street -Plantation Nursing Home.
