Brownwood News – The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce will host a political forum for the candidates running for the City of Brownwood elected positions on Friday, April 13th. Candidates for Brownwood Mayor and City Council Ward 1 will be highlighted.

Candidates running for office in the upcoming City of Brownwood Election include:
Mayor: Stephen Haynes (incumbent) and Mike Tittle
Councilman Ward 1: HD Jones (incumbent) and Patrick McLaughlin
Councilman Ward 4: Draco Miller (incumbent) – unopposed

Early voting for the City of Brownwood election will take place between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on April 23 – 27, 2018 and between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on April 30 – May 1, 2018.
Election day voting will be between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on May 5, 2018.
All voting takes place at the Brown County Elections Office – 613 N. Fisk
