Brownwood News – The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce will host their August luncheon featuring presentations from local area school districts as the new school year kicks off. Presenters will give a preview of the upcoming school year, a look at their district’s budget and a look back at accomplishments from the previous school year.  Brownwood ISD Superintendent Dr. Joe Young, Early ISD Superintendent Wes Beck, and Bangs ISD Superintendent Tony Truelove are scheduled to speak.

A question and answer session will also be available. The luncheon will be held on Friday, August 18th, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Brownwood Country Club.
