8. Hear report from Cody Clark with the Natural Resource Conservation Service regarding brush control project on Lake Brownwood.

9. Approval of Resolution Setting Irrigation Rates for Year 2013 and related fees

10. Review and approve correction deed to Mary Mackey on Thrifty Store property

11. Discuss and take necessary action regarding fees for waterfront property owners at Lake Brownwood

12. Review procedures and policies for District’s Lake Patrol

13. Approve purchase AED’s for all District departments at a cost not to exceed $4,500
