Monday, November 19
- At approximately 2:30 a Sheriff’s Deputy was dispatched to a May residence in reference to a Public Nuisance Property report and investigation. The deputy found numerous violations along with some other health code violations.
Monday, November 26
- At approximately 10:18 a.m.a Sheriff’s Deputy spoke with a complainant who advised that his ex-wife had not returned his vehicle after the agreed upon time. Complainant tried to locate his vehicle and could not. The report will follow.
- At about 4:13 p.m. a Sheriff’s Deputy responded to N US Hwy 183 in regards to a scam. Richard Cone (Victim) had brought a 20 HP John Deere tractor through Amazon Prime from MARYANN M DAVIS (SUSPECT). The tractor never arrived. A report was made.
- Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a call of illegal dumping at CR 338 in Early. A report was made.
- At around 5:08 p.m.a Sheriff’s Deputy performed a traffic stop on a maroon Nissan sedan in the 5600 block of Highway 279. During a consent search, a tool bag was found containing a syringe, 2 straws, and a spoon that contained methamphetamine residue. The driver, DANIEL WRISTEN, was arrested for Possession Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 Less Than 1 Gram and Driving While License Invalid with No Insurance.
