On Saturday, March 23, 2019, 12:31 AM, Deputy Simpson initiated a traffic stop at the 7100 blk HWY 279. This was on a white Ford F150, displaying TX LP, for speeding. The driver was identified as Tricia Suzanne Webb. Upon making contact with Webb, an open container was located beside Webb’s left leg in the driver door. Deputy Simpson had Webb perform the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Webb was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. Webb was transported to the Brown County Jail, after a blood specimen was taken at the Brownwood Regional Medical Center.

On Saturday, March 23, 2019, Deputy Simpson responded to the Brownwood Regional Medical Center ER. This was in regards to an animal bite at 5:00 PM. The victim advised he was bitten by a tom cat, which he and a neighbor take care of. A report was made.

On 3/24/2019, Cpl. Taylor Fletcher, stopped a white Ford pickup for speeding in the block of Highway 279. The driver, Daniel Jesus Ramon of Abilene, admitted to having marijuana in the truck. Ramon was arrested for Possession Marijuana less than 2 Ounces. This was after a marijuana cigarette, weighing 1.2 grams, was found in the vehicle.

On March 24, 2019, at approximately 9:09 PM, Deputy Jose Rodriguez, was dispatched to handle a call by phone about terroristic threat. A report was made.
