Information Report/ Lost Firearm – On 4-23-2019, at about 10:13 AM, Deputy Byron Langley, arrived at the Brownwood Law Enforcement Center located at 1050 W Commerce in Brownwood, TX. This was in regards to a theft. The deputy spoke to a victim, who stated she had lost her Smith & Wesson 38 Special revolver.

Assault Family Violence – On Tuesday, April 23, 2019, at approximately 2:34 PM, Brown County Sheriff’s Office Deputies were dispatched to the above address. This was in reference to an assault-family violence report and investigation.  The suspect was arrested on site.  The report will follow.

Assault Family Violence – On April 23, 2019, at approximately 10:28 PM, Deputy Jose Rodriguez, was dispatched to N Hwy 279. This was in regards to an unwanted person. Further investigation indicated an altercation had occurred between an ex-girlfriend and ex-boyfriend. Brad Fulcher was ultimately arrested for Assault Family Violence, MA.

Credit/debit Card Abuse – On Monday, April 22, 2019, Lt. Pete Bastardo met with a complainant in regards to credit/debit card abuse.  A suspect is being listed.

Burglary of a Building/Theft of Property – On April 22, 2019, Deputy Toby Mathis, responded to Chaparral Brownwood, TX for a report of theft. I met with the caller and was informed lumber and 2 horse saddles had been taken from the property. Information was gathered and a report was made for further investigation.
