Illegal Dumping – On Thursday, April 4, 2019, at approximately 8:24 AM, Deputy Hammonds, was dispatched to CR 134. This was on a report of 30 to 40 tires being dumped on the side of the road. A report was made.
Assault Family Violence and Assault – On April 12, 2019, at approximately 4:54 am, Deputy Jose Rodriguez, was dispatched to an assault at Belfast Dr. in Brownwood, Texas. After further investigation, both parties were separated and a report was made.
Poss CS PG 1<1G, Public Lewdness, Poss Marij<2 OZ, MB – On April 12, 2019, at 09:59 AM, Deputy Jayson Bastardo, was dispatched to the 1200 blk of W 67 (Roadside Park). This was in regards to a welfare check. The caller advised there was a white male in a vehicle not moving. Upon arrival, met with JUSTIN EARLY. After further investigation, EARLY was arrested for Possession CS .06 grams methamphetamine with packaging, Possession of .08 grams of marijuana with packaging, and Public Lewdness. A report was made
Burglary of Building – On 4/12/19, at approximately 12:52 PM, Deputy Hopson, responded to Brook Valley Dr. This was for a burglary report. Contacted the victim, who wished to file charges on a known suspect.
Illegal Dumping – On Friday, April 12, 2019, Pete Bastardo spoke to a complainant in regards to illegal dumping on CR 225. Photographs were taken and are attached to this report. There are no suspects to list.
Stalking – On April 12, 2019, at approximately 9:15 PM, Deputy Jose Rodriguez, was dispatched to Bally Shannon Dr in Brownwood, Texas. This was in regards to stalking. After further investigation, a report was made.
Located Missing Person – On 04/13/2019, Deputy Mason Fabbiani was informed of a missing person located at an address on Stanley Lane. The missing person was located on the property and was there of her own accord. A report has been taken.
Violation of Protective Order – On April 14, 2019, at 11:52 AM, Deputy Jayson Bastardo, was dispatched a violation of protective order call, which could be handled by public service. I made contact with the complainant. The complainant said the suspect called her twice, violating her Protective Order. A report was made.
Online Impersonation, Unlawful Disclosure or Promotion of Intimate Visual Material, Harassment – On 4/14/19, at approximately 1:50 PM, Deputy Hopson, spoke with a complainant about Online Impersonation and Unlawful Disclosure or Promotion of Intimate Visual Material. The incident is still being investigated.
Assault-Offensive Contact/Family Violence – On 4/14/19, at approximately 1957 hours, I, Deputy Hopson, responded to CR 291. This was for an assault report. The incident is still being investigated.
