Brownwood News – The following calls were answered by the Brown County Sheriff’s Department and included in their report released on Thursday, July 25.
On Wednesday, July 24, a Lieutenant met with a man at the Brown County Law Enforcement Center. This was in regards to a him wanting to report a scam call he had received. An information report was taken.
On Wednesday, July 24, a Lieutenant met with a woman at the Brown County Sheriff’s Office in regards to a hit and run. A report was taken from the woman. There are no suspects to list.
On July 24, a Deputy responded to Highway 183 North for a burglary. Pertinent information was gathered and a report was completed.
