Brownwood News – The following calls for service were responded to by the Brown County Sheriff’s Department and included on their report Monday, December 16.
On Thursday, December 12, at 10:45 hours, Deputy Jayson Bastardo was dispatched to 1050 West Commerce to a walk-in report of Burglary of a Vehicle. Deputy Bastardo spoke with a woman who said someone had taken 2 firearms from her vehicle on or around November 18, 2019. A report was taken.
On December 12, 2019, at approximately 13:37 hours, while on uniformed patrol in a marked Brown County Sheriff’s Office patrol unit, Deputy M. Davis was dispatched to a business on Sendera Drive in the City of Early. This was regarding a prior dog bite.
On December 12, at approximately 13:47 hours, while on uniformed patrol in a marked Brown County Sheriff’s Office patrol unit, Deputy M. Davis was dispatched to Thunderbird Drive. This was regarding a report of a prior burglary of a building.
On December 13, at about 09:34, Deputy Byron Langley arrived at West U.S. Highway 67 in Bangs. This was in regards to a domestic disturbance. Deputy Langley spoke with a woman who stated her son had assaulted her after a verbal argument.
On December 13, Deputy Taylor Fletcher responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at County Road 607. This was between roommates. Each party claimed the other had assaulted them and the parties were separated. A report was made.
On December 14, Deputy Mason Fabbiani was dispatched to the 10000 block of Highway 377 East. This was in regards to a possible disorderly conduct. Deputy Fabbiani spoke with two subjects who stated a named male subject pointed a pistol at them. The two subjects were transported into Brownwood, due to them being homeless and a report has been taken.
On December 15, Deputy Mason Fabbiani was dispatched to an assault, not in progress, on Shawnee Drive. Deputy Fabbiani spoke with the victim who stated an unknown subject pulled her out of her vehicle, hit her several times and then took off in an unknown direction. A report has been taken.
On December 15, at about 13:49 hours, Deputy Byron Langley arrived on County Road 180 in Brownwood. This was in regards to criminal trespass warning. Deputy Langley spoke with a man who stated he did not want his daughter, or her friend, back on his property.
On December 15, deputies responded to the Texas Juvenile Justice Department halfway house for an uncooperative youth. Staff claimed the youth had threatened them with assault, damaged a phone and placed them in fear for their safety. The youth was arrested and a report made.
On December 16, deputies were dispatched to an address on Turner Drive. This was in regards to a woman being intoxicated and starting fights. Deputies arrived on scene but did not local the woman in regards to her leaving the area in an unknown passenger car. It was determined an assault did occur and a report has been made.
