It’s that spooky time of year again and the Brown County Museum of History invites the public to the 6th annual Hunted Jail event. This year, back by popular demand is Zombie Lockdown.
Zombie Lockdown is a thrilling adventure where participants are equipped with a non-lethal dart gun (NERF) and sent into the dark rooms of the historic old Brown County Jail to fight off a horde of zombies while searching for the mysterious artifact.
This interactive, non-gory action challenge will test nerves and aim. There will also be a Haunted History Walk-Through tour that will travel through the first floor and the museum annex. Organizers invite the public to explore their curiosity in our local Brown County legends, and possibly experience some ghostly encounters.
Tickets cost $5 per person and include admission to all exhibits in the museum. Proceeds benefit the Museum of History and Alpha Psi Omega.The Haunted Jail will take place on October 30th, 31st, and November 1st from 7:30 p.m. to midnight. Zombie Lockdown tours will take place every 15 minutes and the game and the Haunted History Walk-Through will take place from from 7:30pm-10pm.
