Brown County Farm Bureau awarded $3,000.00 to several area youth during a presentation ceremony on June 9th held at Underwood’s Cafeteria for the students, parents and guests.
Each student selected was awarded a $1,000.00 scholarship. Those receiving scholarships were, Trey Glasscock, son of Guy and Ann Glasscock, and he will attend Angelo State University; Matthew Lewis, son of Jeff and Stephanie Lewis, and he will attend Texas A&M University; Kelton Mote, son of Kevin and Tori Mote, and he will attend Tarleton State University, but was unable to attend the presentation.
Brown County Farm Bureau is very proud of these young men and wishes them continued success as they continue their education in the Agriculture field.
