FCA_AllstarFestival2015 FCA All-Star athletes and cheerleaders were announced Sunday at Beltway Park Baptist Church in Abilene including 13 Brown County high school athletes.  There are 260 area student athletes and 34 coaches taking part in the event

These all-stars will participate in the 2015 Big Country Chevy Dealers FCA All-Star Festival, which includes ladies and men’s basketball in Brownwood on June 11th, baseball and softball in San Angelo on June 12th and a volleyball-football doubleheader scheduled for Saturday, June 13th in Abilene.

The ladies and men’s basketball games will be at the Brownwood Coliseum and will tip off at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. respectively.  Softball will be at the ASU field and the baseball game will be at Foster Field, home of the San Angelo Colts – game times to be announced.  The All-Star Volleyball game will start at noon at the Wylie High School Gym followed by the football game at 7 p.m. at Shotwell Stadium.

All proceeds benefit the Big Country Chapter of the FCA.

All participants will be honored again at the All-Star Festival Induction Banquet on May 3rd at the Abilene Civic Center.

Teams, cheerleaders and coaches report for two-a-day practices in Brownwood, Abilene and San Angelo prior to the games.
