Brown County Commissioners will meet at 9:00 am Monday, March 16, in the county courthouse. The agenda is below.

4. Consideration and approval of minutes of March 9th, 2020.
5. Consideration and approval of any Treasurer’s/ Auditor’s Report.
6. Consideration and approval of payment of any bills needed
7. Consideration and approval of all appropriate action regarding the following:
A. Dr. Paul Lilly, Brown County Judge – Consideration and possible approval of posting notice of remaining regular Commissioner Court meetings for 2020.
B. Mr. Joel Kelton, Commissioner Pct. 2 – Consideration and possible approval of action regarding burn ban;
C. Commissioners, Pct 1, 2, 3 & 4- Open bids for priming, paving, seal coating, fog sealing and/or construction of new roads, crushed stone, grade 3, 4, and 5 cover stone, cold mix (all types), all asphalt/emulsion products, bulk hauling, and blasting and crushing of stone;
D. Commissioners, Pct 1, 2, 3 & 4-Consideration and possible approval of bids for priming, paving, seal coating, fog sealing and/or construction of new roads, crushed stone, grade 3, 4, and 5 cover stone, cold mix (all types), all asphalt/emulsion products, bulk hauling, and blasting and crushing of stone;

G. Jennifer Robison, County Auditor — Consideration and possible approval of 2019 Year End budget adjustments
H. Doug Hurt, JP Pct 1- Consideration and Possible Approval of declaring shredder surplus equipment
