BRMCLogoBRMC is offering an opportunity for residents to ask questions about insurance options or questions to qualify for subsidies with no obligation December 9th at the Heartland Mall Community Room, near JC Penney.

Sign up for the insurance options began November 15 and runs through February 15.  On January 1, 2014 all U.S. citizens were required to have a Health Insurance plan; but, if they did not sign up for a health insurance plan they may be paying a penalty when they file 2014 income tax papers.

Those who are uninsured may make an appointment with a qualified staff member to explain the options of the plans. If they are Medicaid eligible, the staff member may assist them enrollment.  If you would like to make an appointment to sign up for an insurance plan or check eligibility for Medicaid, please call the local application coordinators at BRMC 325-649-3331 or Cross Timbers Health Clinic at 325.643.5167 to sign up.

Bilingual Question & Answer Sessions are available on Tuesday, December 9 from 10-12 noon.

Those present will be seen on a first come first serve basis.  This event will be question and answer sessions only.

The public is invited to contact local application coordinators BRMC 325-649-3331 or Cross Timbers Health Clinic at 325-643-5167 to sign up for an insurance plan (subsidies are available to those that qualify).
