Brownwood News – Brownwood Regional Medical Center released the following statement Thursday afternoon.

“Please consider providing your own Facemask while visiting hospital or healthcare clinics.

As we continue to follow recommendations from CDC, Brownwood Regional Medical Center (BRMC) has enacted a face mask policy to reduce the risk of transmitting COVID-19.

If you are visiting the hospital or have an appointment at any of the area healthcare clinic locations, please consider bringing and wearing your own mask or face covering.  Children 2 and over are encouraged to wear a cloth face covering as well.

Additionally, BRMC is now accepting homemade and donated face masks! Thank you for helping us keep our patients, employees and our community safe!”
