Brenda Nell Rambo 61 of Bangs passed away Thursday December 27, 2017 at Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday January 2, 2018 at 11:00am at the Brownwood Funeral Home located at 2512 Belle Plain Ave. a visitation will be held at 10:00am prior to the service.
Brenda was born April 2, 1956 in Big Lake TX to Barney and Ophelia Proctor. She attended most of her primary education there in Big Lake before moving to Coleman TX when she was 14. Brenda met and married the love of her life Curtis Lee Rambo February 28, 1974 in Brownwood. She worked as a home healthcare nurse for many years caring for others. Brenda love her family especially her grandchildren, her life was centered around caring for her grandchildren.
Brenda was preceded in death by both parents, brothers; Steve Proctor, Marvin Jackson, Ronnie Proctor, and Sister Barbara Donahower.
Left to cherish her memories are husband of 43 years Curtis Rambo of Bangs, daughters; Lisa Rambo of San Angelo, Kristy Rambo of Early, Linda Roseann Rambo-Freemand and husband James of Bangs, son; Joseph Rambo of Bangs, grandchildren; Joseph, Jay T, Joshua, Krista, Brooke, and William.
