Brenda June Davis was born on December 10, 1952, in Monahans, Texas to Thomas Elmo Davis and Margie Dell May Davis. She had worked for Brownwood Manufacturing, Brownwood Feather, and later, the Brownwood Bulletin as a carrier in the Comanche and Blanket area. Brenda was a very “crafty” and talented person. She loved to get new ideas, and then she would turn those ideas into treasures and gifts for her family and friends. She also loved fishing, and above all else, she always had her glass of tea wherever she went. Brenda had lived in Brownwood for the last 20 years, moving here from Kermit.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son, Bruce Stile and Sherrie Jowers of Bangs; grandchildren, Trevor and Katelynn Stile of Brownwood and Ashley Stile of Georgetown; mother, Margie Davis of Brownwood; three brothers, Alvis Connell of Brownwood, Bobby Davis and wife Pat, of Kermit, and Kenneth Davis of Arkansas. She is also survived by her good friend Cherie Rowlands of Brownwood; several nieces and nephews, and her special companion “Peaches”.
She was preceded in death by her father, Elmo Davis, and her grandparents.
