After more than 24 years of service to the Brownwood Police Department, Detective Robert R. Mullins will be retiring on February 9, 2011.
To honor the years of faithful and dedicated service Detective Mullins gave to the city and people of Brownwood the Brownwood Police Department is announcing a retirement reception will be held on February 9th from 1:00-3:00pm. The reception will be held at the Law Enforcement Center at 1050 W. Commerce in Brownwood.
