A boil water notice remains in place for some Bangs City Water customers.
Bangs City Administrator Leo Smith said Monday afternoon that the notice was issued on Friday after a main line break and loss of pressure. Smith said that they are waiting for TCEQ approval to lift the boil notice.
The notice was issued for Bangs City Water customers living east of the Dollar General store only.
