Funeral Services for Bobby Bond, age 88, of Early, Texas will be held 10:00 A.M. Saturday, March 17, 2012 at the Heartland Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Looby officiating. Interment will follow in the Siloam Cemetery in Comanche County. The family will receive friends 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home. Mrs. Bond passed away Monday, March 12, 2012 in a local nursing home.
Mrs. Bond was born on June 3, 1923 in Lamkin, Texas to John and Bobbie Rhodes Tatum. She received her bachelor’s degree in education from Tarleton State University and retired from the Cleburne ISD after over thirty years of teaching.

Brother: Lionel Tatum of Carthage, Texas
Six Grandchildren
Preceded in death by her parents, husband Frank Bond, daughter LaJuan Foster and by nine siblings.
