Bob Cowdery, age 63, of Brownwood passed away Sunday, January 12, 2020, at home.
Private Family Services for Bob will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home of Brownwood.
Bob was born on April 18, 1956, to John and Wilda (Clark) Cowdery in Parkersburg, West Virginia. He was a very talented carpenter in and around Midland County and Brown County. Bob loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing, riding motorcycles, but his biggest love was wood working and working with his hands. His greatest joy were his children and grandchildren.
Bob is survived by his children, Mattie Reneau and husband Stevie of Bangs, Garry Cowdery of Colorado, Jade Cowdery of Las Vegas, NV, and Ian Cowdery and wife Donna of West Virginia; and grandchildren, Jonathan Cowdery, Keagan Cowdery, and Savannah Reneau. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and numerous friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Wilda Cowdery; sister, Barbara Cowdery; and 2 brothers, Neil Cowdery and Garry Cowdery.
