Brownwood News – Residents in Coleman County are being urged to give blood when the Hendrick Regional Blood Center bloodmobile comes to town March 31st.
Hendrick Regional Blood Center will be hosting a Blood Drive in Coleman Tuesday, March 31, from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, at Coleman County Medical Center.
According to Hendrick Blood Center, blood supply levels are critical across the nation and in this region. This is worsening as a result of people being fearful to donate due to COVID-19.
“As you know, blood products are essential to effectively operate a hospital. Hendrick is proud to supply Coleman County Medical Center with blood products,” said a Hendrick Blood Center spokesperson.
