Memorial services for Blake Deane Kreple will be Wednesday August 10, 2011 at 10:00 AM in the Heartland Funeral Home Chapel of Early, Texas.
Blake was born October 27, 1931 in Grand Rapids, Michigan to Peter and Stella Kreple. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather. Blake had many joys in life, including golfing, riding his motorcycle, traveling the country in their motor home, reading, and the love for his dogs. He was in the Lions Club for fifty years. He served his country during the Korean war.
He is survived by his wife Mary M. McCullough Kreple of Early, Tx., a son Matt Kreple and his wife Shelly of Traverse City, Michigan. A daughter Kathy Goodwin and her husband Vern of Walloon Lake, Michigan. A Step-daughter Karen Phipps and husband Danny of Stoutland, Mo. A stepson Steven Florenski of Republic, Mo.
He is also survived by three grandsons; Ben Kreple, Lucas Goodwin. Jess Goodwin. One granddaughter, Kiley Kreple. Three Step-grandsons; Brock Chaffin, Brett Chaffin, and Daniel Florenski. Five great-grandchildren; Keenan, Jacob, Melena, Adam. And Dillon. One sister Jackwin Breen of Lorall Michigan. One brother John Kreple of Amery, Wisconsin.
Blake is preceded in death by several brothers and sisters, and one daughter Teri Kreple of Walloon Lake, Michigan.
