“Teachers are the most critical piece of the education system. I’m proud that we are able to differentiate our compensation to benefit those who give so much of themselves to our kids each day,” stated Brownwood ISD Superintendent, Dr. Joe Young. “All our staff members are here to support teachers in the classroom, so I’m equally as proud we are able to raise their compensation substantially. This is a great time for our staff and a transformational time for our district.”
