Billy Blue Cooley, age 74, of Brownwood passed away Sunday, May 22, 2016, at his residence.
Memorial services for Billy will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 31, 2016, at Blaylock Funeral Home Chapel; private family interment will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home.
Billy was born to Willie and Opal (Storey) Cooley on May 31, 1941 in Brownwood. He was a lifelong resident of Brownwood.
Billy is survived by Billiejo Cooley of Stephenville; children, Lena Nunley and husband Bud of Springtown, Michael Cooley and wife Heather of Keller, Tena Kirk and husband Spencer of Stephenville, Nicholas Cooley and wife Jennifer of Stephenville; and Jeffrey Cooley of Stephenville; 14 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandson.Online condolences for the family are welcome at www.blaylockfuneralhome.com.
