Billy Blue Cooley, age 74, of Brownwood passed away Sunday, May 22, 2016, at his residence.

Memorial services for Billy will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 31, 2016, at Blaylock Funeral Home Chapel; private family interment will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home.
