Big Wheel Races will return to this year’s Christmas Under the Stars Festival on December 7th & 8th at the Depot Plaza in Brownwood. 

Kids and adults can enjoy races on one of the great Christmas gifts of the past. Races will be held during both nights of the festival.   Riders can race head-to-head and there will be big wheels available for adults and kids. 

There is no cost to participate in the races.   Big Wheel Races are sponsored by Matthew Williams – State Farm and Sonic Drive-in.   The Heartland Cruisers car club will be operating the Big Wheel Races.

The 10th annual Christmas Under the Stars Festival sponsored by Brownwood Regional Medical Center will feature holiday games, crafts, food and attractions for kids of all ages.  The event will take place on Friday, December 7th and Saturday, December 8th from 4-8 PM at the Depot Plaza Complex and the Lehnis Railroad Museum.  Key attractions will include Santa Claus, giant snow slide, Big Wheel Races and Treats for Santa Contest.

The annual lighted Christmas Parade will be held Thursday, December 6th at 6:30 PM in Downtown Brownwood.
