Emergency teams responded to an accident on Hwy 377 South near Brookesmith Friday night after a vehicle collided with a bicycle.
A 70-year-old man who was riding the bike was severely injured as a result of the collision. The man was flown by helicopter to the hospital for treatment. No word on his condition as of Friday night.
The accident occurred after 7:30pm Friday night with multiple emergency agencies responding.
The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the accident. No other information is available at this time.
