BHSLeadershpConfThree Brownwood High School students were selected to attend the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY) Seminar at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, May 13-16.  HOBY is a nation-wide program for Sophomore leaders selected by their schools to participate in leadership training, service-learning and motivation-building experiences.  Sophomore Ambassadors from Brownwood were Dominic Rosato and Kasey Ludlow.  Trevin King, a Junior, was the Sophomore Ambassador last year, and was invited back to be a Junior Facilitator.

Special guests and speakers included an Olympian, journalist, comedian, human rights activist, and many more.  The Brownwood students returned from the seminar highly motivated and inspired to continue their service and leadership within BHS and the community.
