The Brownwood High School Theatre Department is getting set for their public performances of “Peter Pan” which opens on Monday, October 29th.
The production will not only feature the well-known story with great characters and creative sets but will also feature something rarely seen in high school productions – flying. Hall Associates Flying FX from the Chicago area helped set up the on-stage flight and taught the actors how to move while in the air.
With a cast and crew of over 50, the production features some great visual effects that attendees will not expect and likely have never seen before in a local production.
School officials are expecting full-capacity crowds each night and are encouraging early ticket sales. Tickets for the Brownwood High School fall production of “Peter Pan” are now available for purchase from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the high school – $8 for adults and $5 for students.
The show will open to the public October 29th, and will run for six performances in the Dorothy McIntosh Fine Arts Center auditorium at the high school with the following dates and times.
Monday, Oct 29 – 7pm
Tuesday, Oct 30 – 7pm
Thursday, Nov 1 – 7pm
Saturday, Nov 3 – 2:30pm and 7pm
Sunday, Nov 4 – 2:30pm
