Reports released for the week of November 28th through December 4th from the Brownwood Fire Department indicate responses to 19 medical emergencies, 2 motor vehicle accidents, and 2 fire calls.
Sunday, November 28
*10:55pm- BFD responded to a report of the smell of smoke in the 200 block of Quail Run. According to reports, the smell was found to be a fireplace burning in the area.
Monday, November 29
*7:57pm-BFD was dispatched to the 500 block of Commerce to a single vehicle accident with no injuries.
Tuesday, November 30
*7:53am- BFD responded to a motor vehicle accident on CR 550. Upon arrival firefighters found no one on scene the report states.
Saturday, December 4
*11:57pm- BFD was called to a grass fire on CR 201. According to the report firefighters arrived on scene to extinguish a 20 acre grass fire. The Fire Marshall was called to investigate cause of fire.
