Tuesday, August 20
*4:42 PM – BFD responded to a two-vehicle accident with no injuries in the 300 block of Carnegie.
*4:59 PM – BFD was dispatched to a two-vehicle accident with no injuries at the intersection of 9th Street and Coggin Avenue.
Wednesday, August 21
*7:09 PM – BFD responded to a two-vehicle accident at 17th Street and Avenue E. Firefighters provided first aid and assisted with loading of one patient into Guardian EMS ambulance.
Thursday, August 22
*1:59 PM – BFD was dispatched regarding arcing power lines in the 1400 block of Avenue J. Firefighters arrived to find a power line broken. Fire crews waited on scene until the power company arrived on scene.
Friday, August 23
*4:32 AM – BFD was called to a fire in the 3600 block of U.S. Hwy 377 South.Sunday, August 25
*12:12 PM – BFD was dispatched to a fire in the 1000 block of Cordell Street. Fire crews arrived on scene to find a riding lawn mower fully involved. The front bumper line was pulled and the fire was extinguished.
