Tuesday, August 5

*1:24 PM – BFD responded to a 2-vehicle accident with no injuries in the 1600 block of Magnolia.

*7:30 PM – BFD was dispatched to a fire call in the 1200 block of U.S. Hwy 67.  Firefighters arrived on the scene of a small grass fire.

Wednesday, August 6

*11:33 AM – BFD responded to a single vehicle accident with no injuries in the 400 block of W. Commerce involving a single vehicle striking a parked car.

*2:58 PM – BFD was called to a fire in the 1900 block of FM 2525.  Fire crews arrived on scene with Early VFD to assist with grass fire.

Friday, August 8

*6:00 PM – BFD was dispatched to a fire call in the 200 block of Northline Drive.  Fire crews assisted Early Volunteer Fire Department with a grassfire.

*7:37 PM – BFD was dispatched to a fire call on Morris Sheppard Drive.  The incident was determined to be an unintentional alarm activation and there was no fire.

Saturday, August 9

*1:09 AM – BFD was called to a fire in the 500 block of Commerce.  The incident was determined to be a good intent call and the alarm was reset.

Sunday, August 10

*1:33 PM – BFD was dispatched to a fire call in the 200 block of Commerce.  Fire crews arrived on scene to find a small four door passenger car on fire in the engine compartment. The fire was extinguished.

*6:06 PM – BFD was called to a fire in the 2200 block of Main.  Fire crews arrived on scene to find a regular cab pickup with smoke coming from the cab. The fire was extinguished.
