Monday, June 2

*4:13 PM – BFD responded to a two-vehicle accident with no injuries in the 500 block of W. Commerce.

*4:16 PM – BFD responded to a three-vehicle accident in the area of CC Woodson and Broadway.  Firefighters assisted with securing an occupant of one of the vehicles for transport.

Tuesday, June 3

*7:44 AM – BFD was dispatched to a fire call in the 2000 block of Avenue D.  Firefighters arrived on scene to find a man burning brush in the backyard.  Firefighters extinguished the fire.

*11:37 AM – BFD was called to a motor vehicle accident in the 400 block of W. Commerce.  Fire crews provided first aid.

*6:43 PM – BFD was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident with no injuries in the area of Beaver and Cordell.

*6:50 PM – BFD responded to a two-vehicle accident with no injuries on Indian Creek Drive at the intersection of Country Side Drive.

*7:20 PM – BFD was called to a fire alarm in the 1500 block of Dublin.  Firefighters arrived on scene to find that lawn mower dust had been mistaken for smoke and no fire was present.

Thursday, June 5

*1:36 PM – BFD was dispatched to a fire call in the 1100 block of W. Baker.  Fire crews arrived on scene to find a small fire in the back yard which had been extinguished by the home owner.

*6:30 PM – BFD responded to a single vehicle rollover accident on County Road.  The occupant was loaded into the ambulance for transport.

Friday, June 6

*1:06 PM – BFD responded to the area of Austin Avenue and Main Street regarding a two-vehicle accident with no injuries.

*2:02 PM – BFD was dispatched to a fire call in the 1500 block of Melwood.  Fire crews were dispatched for a small tank battery fire; however, the fire was out upon arrival.  Fire crews cooled down the tank and checked for hotspots.

*10:09 PM – BFD responded to a motor vehicle accident with no injuries in the 2600 block of Vincent.  Firefighters assisted police with clean up.

Sunday, June 8

*10:09 PM – BFD was dispatched to a fire call on W. US Hwy 67, which was determined to be a controlled burn.
