Sunday, May 20
*12:09am – Motor vehicle accident involving truck and Rescue 1. Rescue was responding to a medical emergency when struck by a vehicle not yielding to an emergency vehicle.
Monday, May 21
*3:59pm – Motor vehicle accident at 1st / Willis St. Vehicle struck a stop sign and fled the scene. Investigate and general cleanup
*9:19pm – HazMat call at Austin Ave / Idlewild. Dispatched to investigate smell of gas in area. Nothing found.
Tuesday, May 22
*4:48pm – Fire Call 1500 block of 3rd St. Responded to a report of smoke in a home. Nothing showing on arrival. Smoke was determined to be coming from food in bottom of oven.
Thursday, May 24
*12:15pm – Motor vehicle accident at Ave C / Vincent involving a vehicle vs. a bicycle. Check for injuries
Friday, May 25
*9:36pm – Fire Call 1900 block of Ave D. Determined to be an outside trash fire. Occupants were advised of city burn codes.
Saturday, May 26
*11:44am – HazMat call in the 1000 block of Belle Plain Street. Determined to be a gas leak. Atmos was notified.
*5:41pm – Fire Call in the 3300 block of Stephen F Austin. Reported as a cigarette lit mattress on fire. Mattress was removed from residence. No sign of fire.
