Sunday, March 10

*4:54 PM – BFD was dispatched to a gas leak in the 1900 block of 11th Street.  Firefighters found a tree had fallen on a gas meter.   Atmos was notified.

Thursday, March 14

*6:46 AM – BFD was called to a fire in the Canyon Creek area, which was found to be a controlled burn.

*11:47 AM – BFD was dispatched to a fire call in the 1500 block of Terrace Drive.  Fire crews were dispatched to investigate a fire in an open area.  Firefighters on arrival found two juveniles had a fire pit going and were cooking hotdogs.  They were informed of the city fire ordinance.

* 12:14 PM – BFD responded to a fire call in the 1500 block of Terrace Drive at the same address as the previous call.  The two juveniles obtained a cooking device but were advised they would have to leave if property owner asked them to.

*3:55 PM – BFD responded to a two vehicle accident at Austin and Coggin Avenues.

Friday, March 15

*6:39 AM – BFD was dispatched to a single vehicle rollover in the 3100 block of US Hwy 67.  The occupant of the vehicle was transported by Guardian EMS.

*1:42 PM – BFD responded to a two-vehicle accident at the area of US Hwy 67 and County Road 153.  Firefighters extricated the occupants from the vehicle and assisted with loading into Guardian EMS for transport.

Saturday, March 16

*12:59 PM – BFD was dispatched to a two-vehicle accident with no injuries in the 1300 block of Austin Avenue.

*7:21 PM – BFD was called to a fire in the 1000 block of La Monte Drive.   Firefighters were dispatched for a fire in a backyard, upon arrival it was determined to be a bar-b-q.
