Tuesday, January 28
*10:26 AM – Fire call in the 3900 block of Glenwood. Arrived on scene and found a car inside the carport with small amount of flames. Firefighters pulled the bumper line and extinguished the fire.
Wednesday, January 29
*5:14 PM – Motor vehicle accident at Coggin / 4th involving 2 vehicles with no injuries.
Thursday, January 30
*9:47 AM – Fire call in the 400 block of Baker St. Arrived on scene to find a smoldering fire in a curbside rolling trash can. Fire was extinguished.
*1:15 PM – Fire call in the 8000 block of CR 550. Arrived on scene to assist Lake Bridge VFD with extinguishment of a trash pile burning with threat to nearby structures.
*6:24 PM – Fire call in the 1600 block of 3rd St. Arrived on scene to find light smoke inside the structure. Firefighters located the source in the bathroom. Fire was extinguished and firefighters removed burned items from home. Area near fire was checked by thermal camera. Fan was set up to remove smoke from the home.
Friday, January 31
*12:24 PM – Motor vehicle accident in the 1300 block of 14th St. Vehicle vs gas line. Atmos was notified.
*2:09 PM – Fire call in the 300 block of Commerce. Fire department was dispatched to a possible vehicle fire. Fire out upon arrival.
*9:53 PM – Fire call on Vick Dr. Responded to smoke in the area. Upon arrival a small fire was found, residents were informed of burn codes and fire was extinguished.
Sunday, February 2
*2:41 PM – Fire call in the 3400 block of Buck View Rd. Arrived on scene to find flames showing. Fire was around the fireplace and had spread to the attic. Fire was knocked down.
*12:29 PM – Motor vehicle accident in the 500 block of Commerce St. involving 2 vehicles. Firefighters assisted with loading into Guardian.
*3:23 PM – Fire call in the 2300 block of Vine St. Responded to a call for a loud explosion, nothing found during investigation.
