Sunday, January 20
*2:25 PM – BFD was called to a fire on CR 265. Firefighters arrived on scene to a small grass fire with a storage building involved.
Monday, January 21
*9:59 PM – BFD responded to a single-vehicle accident on Austin Avenue where the vehicle struck a utility pole.
Thursday, January 24
*12:20 AM – BFD was dispatched to a fire call on CR 265. Fire crews arrived on scene of a small grass fire with a storage building involved.
*2:44 AM – BFD responded to a hazardous material call in the 700 block of W. Commerce. Fire crews responded to a smell of gas in residence which was found to be a stove that was unable to be lit. The residents were advised to contact a plumber.*11:39 AM – BFD was called to a fire in the 1200 block of Center Avenue. Firefighters determined something had burned in a microwave.
*4:22 PM – BFD responded to a motor vehicle accident in the area of Brentwood Circle and Southgate involving a vehicle verses a bicycle. One patient, a child on the bicycle, was loaded into Guardian and transported.
Friday, January 25
*11:42 AM – BFD was called to an accident in the 300 block of Center Avenue involving a pickup striking a parked car. The occupant of the pickup was transported by Guardian EMS.
Saturday, January 26
*9:54 PM – BFD was dispatched to a fire call in the 3700 block of 1st Street. Firefighters responded to a vehicle fire, arriving on scene to find a vehicle on fire in the driveway. The fire was extinguished.
