*5:39 AM – Brownwood Fire Department responded to a fire call at 2410 Songbird Circle. Arrived on scene to find nothing showing. Firefighters checked the room and building with nothing found. Restored fire alarm system.
*9:01 PM – Brownwood Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle accident at 2800 S US 377 involving 2 vehicles with one rollover. Firefighters assisted Guardian with loading of patient for transport.
Tuesday, December 31
*7:07 PM – Brownwood Fire Department responded to a fire call in the 2600 block of Cleburne. Arrived on scene to find that resident had made a burn pit out of rock in their yard. Resident was informed of the city burn ordinance and fire was extinguished.
Thursday, January 2
*7:15 PM – Brownwood Fire Department responded to a fire call to 311 Brown St. to investigate a suspicious smell. Arrived on scene with nothing showing. Used the thermal camera to check the area inside and outside but nothing what found.
